Its been a while so we have put together a number of updates as we lead up to the big weekend..

Your time with us will be spent here at the Chateau de Courtomer. Simply park up and enjoy what this beautiful place has to offer. In the meantime use the social links below to see more.

How do I get there?

How you get to us is entirely up to you.
To make things easier, we have put together a handy list of  the nearest ports to the chateau with approximate travel times.

Oh and don't forget about the tolls!


N.B. If you haven't yet booked your travel, we would highly recommended you start looking and booking!

UK - Caen (Ouistreham)

Cruise across from Portsmouth to Caen in under six hours during the day or sail overnight with a 1 hour drive to the chateau once docked.

Cruise to St Malo in 10 to 12 hours overnight and sail back on a daytime crossing. The chateau is just under 3 hours from St. Malo.

With up to 23 sailings a day at peak times, the Dover to Calais is a cost effective alternative and travel to the chateau is just under 3.5 hours.

The Eurotunnel is a fast and efficient service, travelling to France in just 35 minutes. Travel to the chateau is possible in under 3.5 hours once in France.

Our Wedding...

We want our wedding to have a very relaxed, informal and intimate vibe. Here are some of things you can expect...

Think French Street Food!

Delicious poulet roti (rotisserie chicken), croque monsieur or even a local favourite the tarte tartin using Normandy apples.

Think French Vin, Biere or Cidre!

Tried and tested (it will be a tough job), from Normandy cidre to some of the finest fizz France has to offer,  we will have plenty of variety for you all to enjoy.

Think French Patisserie!

Mmm..a buttery croissant, a warm pain au chocolat or a delicious crusty baguette. Freshly made each morning.
